National Lorry Week (24-30 June) is an opportunity to recognise and celebrate the people, businesses and vehicles that keep the UK moving every single day.
This year’s theme from the Road Haulage Association (RHA), “The Road That Connects Everything”, perfectly reflects the vital role that drivers, transport teams, logistics professionals and support staff play in ensuring goods reach where they’re needed, when they’re needed.
From food and medicine to fuel, clothing and online deliveries, almost everything we buy, use or rely on has spent time on a lorry. Road transport is the backbone of the UK’s supply chain, connecting communities, supporting businesses and helping the economy thrive.
