Supporting Mental Health Across Norfolk – Wellbeing Champion Training
We’re delighted to share that our Marketing Manager, Joe Randlesome, has officially become a Wellbeing Champion after completing mental health awareness training as part of the Mindful Towns and Villages Project.
After being introduced to the initiative by Sham Golamy, Joe completed his training with the wonderful Emma Haughton, gaining valuable knowledge and confidence to recognise when someone may be struggling, start conversations and signpost people towards support.
The wider Mindful Norfolk initiative aims to create a network of 1,000 Wellbeing Champions across the county, helping to make mental health conversations more accessible within our workplaces and communities.
At Contract Personnel, we understand the importance of looking after the wellbeing of our colleagues, candidates, temporary workers and the wider community.
Sometimes, making a difference can be as simple as asking someone how they are, taking the time to listen and knowing where to direct them if they need additional support.
👏 A huge well done to Joe for getting involved and helping to make Norfolk a more supportive and connected place!
