My clients are currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their growing team

About the role
We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our dedicated Warehouse Management team.
The main responsibilities for this role include:
• Assisting the Warehouse Manager in managing the team on a day to day basis
• Working on Warehouse projects to increase efficiency
• Helping to manage new starters, performance of staff, absences and attendance.
• Ensuring the picking stats are consistent and errors reported
• Ensuring the packing of orders is up to standard and orders are being sent out in perfect condition
• Rolling out new procedures, suggesting areas of improvement
• Ensuring warehousing goals are met
About the person:
To be a successful candidate for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following attributes, skills and experience:
• Previous Warehouse experience desirable
• Proficient in Microsoft software
• Positive, friendly attitude and willingness to join in with a friendly team
• Ability to work hard in a busy environment
