Warehouse Operative

We are currently recruiting for a full-time temporary Warehouse Operative to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse team based in the NR10 area.
The Role:
You will be responsible for picking and packing customer orders using picking lists, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at all times. The role involves handling a variety of products, including aquariums and related equipment such as pumps, filters, and aquarium substrates, as well as garden pumps and water display items.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking products accurately from warehouse locations using picking lists
- Packing items securely and preparing them for distribution
- Handling a range of goods, some of which may be bulky or require careful handling
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Supporting with general warehouse duties as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience is desirable but not essential
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and hardworking with a positive attitude
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
Working Hours:
- 0730-1615, Monday to Friday
Assignment Type:
- Temporary ongoing role with potential for extension
