Senior Machine Setter

Contract Personnel are happy to be recruiting on behalf of one of our long-standing clients.
We are looking for someone with advanced experience as a Machine/Line Setter to join their production team.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up and run the production line efficiently to achieve and exceed daily targets.

Change and adjust key components, to prepare the line for the next product run.

Carry out line setup and changeovers,
-
Ensure the smooth running of the production line to maintain high standards of product quality and output performance.

Monitor equipment performance and quickly resolve any issues to reduce downtime.

Work closely with colleagues to ensure production goals are consistently met.

Perform any other duties as required by production management.
Requirements:

Advanced experience as a Machine or Line Setter within a manufacturing

Strong mechanical and technical skills.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
