Sales Valuer – Norwich
Contract Personnel are looking for an experienced Sales Valuer for a well-established independent Estate Agency join their team in the Norwich area.
Are you a Valuer with a great proven track record looking to earn up to £60,000? If yes, our client is a successful and well-established independent Estate Agent who are currently looking for a hungry, driven Valuer / Lister to join their expanding team to cover the Norwich area.
How does the day-to-day look?
- The key objective will be to generate valuation leads
- Attend valuations and win new instructions.
- This must be achieved whilst maintaining the highest standard of customer service.
You will have:
- Minimum of 1-year experience in Residential Property Listing or 2 years as a Senior Negotiator
- Expert local knowledge
- Highly driven and motivated
- Well presented with a confident manner
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- The Full UK driving licence and own vehicle are a must
Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:30am – 18:00pm
Salary: Basic up to £30,000 (depending on experience) – OTE £50,000 – £60,000
