Shifts: 07:00–15:00 or 15:00–00:00
We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing site in NR6 on a temporary to permanent basis.
This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a variety of machinery and equipment
- Assembling windows and window frames using hand tools
- Inspecting finished products and identifying any quality issues
- Ensuring all products meet company quality standards
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
You will also be responsible for:
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working area
- Reporting any faults, defects, or quality concerns to the appropriate team members
- Supporting general production duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous assembly or production experience preferred
- Safety boots are essential
- Good attention to detail and ability to work to quality standards
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
