Production Operative

ONGOING PRODUCTION OPERATIVE WORK IN BRANDON – VARIOUS HOURS AVAILABLE

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Working as part of a team in a busy production environment you will be required to do the following:

• Check and sort vegetables, taking care to remove debris such as rocks and stones from the line or conveyor belts.
• Support the running of the production line, ensuring the product is handled according to the customer specifications.
• You will be checking the quality of the products to ensure the required standards are met.
• Assist all employees as required to move and pick up items to reduce manual handling operations.
• Any other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferred, but not essential)
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to standard operating procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work efficiently under pressure

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday including some weekend work occasion
• Various Shift Patterns Available

Pay Rate:

£12.21ph

£15.26ph Overtime after 39 hours
