Production Operative

Contract Personnel are currently recruiting for Production Operatives on behalf of our client based in South Norfolk.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a hardworking and supportive team in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack products according to specific requirements and quality standards

• Achieve optimal output and efficiency within set timescales

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all housekeeping procedures

• Follow company rules and protocols at all times

• Assist with packing various finished products, ensuring packing specifications are met

• Carry out any other duties as required by team leaders or supervisors

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking individuals

• Good attention to detail

• Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team

• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks

Important Workplace Rules:

• Long hair must be tied back at all times

• Only plain wedding bands may be worn – no other jewellery is permitted for safety reasons
