Role – Planning and Logistics Administrator role
Location – Close to Thetford, Norfolk
Working hours – Monday to Friday – 8.00am – 16.30pm
Salary – £24,500 – £26,500 per annum, depending on experience
Capacity of role – Permanent position
Our client who is a manufacturer is the local area and they are looking to expand their planning team.
Candidate will need to have worked within a similar role previously.
Main duties will include –
Assisting with the efficient running of Planning Office
Awareness of all Planning Procedures
Communication with internal and external Customers.
Load planning to achieve best route optimisation to minimise costs.
Manage daily changes to the plan & progression of related queries
Coordination of Product returns Process.
Ensuring various spreadsheets are kept up to date
Coordinate use of external contractors and carriers
Processing Delivery notes.
Maintaining a positive relationship with all departments
Candidate attributes –
Competent with Microsoft applications
Good geographical knowledge or the UK
Experience of working in a similar position
Ability to motivate and be a people person
A positive mental attitude
A Level/BTEC qualification
