Picking Operative

We are currently recruiting for Picking Operatives to join our team based in Little Melton.

Working within a chilled despatch environment, you will be responsible for accurately picking and preparing finished meat products for customer orders, ensuring orders are completed efficiently and ready for dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking finished meat products in line with customer orders.
• Using handheld scanners to scan and pick products accurately against order sheets.
• Ensuring orders are picked and packed in a timely manner.
• Stacking and arranging packed products onto pallets.
• Labelling products ready for dispatch.
• Keeping the despatch area clean, tidy and organised.
• Assisting with other duties as required.

• Previous picking or warehouse experience is beneficial.
