Established in 1989, Contract Personnel are one of East Anglia’s leading independent Employment Agencies with strong and established relationships with Clients and Candidates throughout the East Anglian region.

Due to continued growth, we are expanding our Permanent Recruitment Services into additional Sectors and Geographical areas and are looking for ‘Experienced Recruitment Consultants’ to join our team.  Our current offices are based in Norwich and Thetford, however, we are offering the option of working from home, so applications from any location are welcome. 

Roles & responsibilities:

• Providing high quality recruitment services, ensuring a personalised and honest approach to deliver exceptional results
• Identifying top tier candidates through various sourcing channels
• Carrying out thorough candidate screening, interviews and assessments
• Business development and growing client base within your Sector
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
• CV searching
• Creating and posting job adverts
• Monitoring job applications for your roles
• Carrying out client visits
• Communicating with clients and candidates to arrange interviews

Commission is calculated as follows:

Up to Threshold                                         3% of GP after threshold/direct costs

Threshold to £15,000 per month                 15% of GP after threshold/direct costs

£15,001.00-£25,000.00 per month              20% of GP after threshold/direct costs

£25001+ per month                                    25% of GP after threshold/direct costs
