Contract Personnel Ltd are very happy to be recruiting an Experienced Line Leader on behalf of our valued client based in Brandon.
This is a Temp – Perm Opportunity for the right candidate
Duties:
- You will be responsible for overseeing and co-ordinating the activities and productivity of the production line staff.
- Ensuring daily targets and quality standards are met.
- You will monitor team performance, provide training and guidance where necessary.
- Ensure Health and Safety protocols and adhered to, reporting any issues or delays on the line to management.
- This role plays a key part in maintaining a productive, safe and team-oriented work environment.
Shift Details:
- Mon – Fri – Day Shifts – you will need to be flexible with working hours during busy periods.
Pay:
- £13.91 – £17.39 per hour
