My clients are seeking an experienced administrator to join its award-winning lettings team.

The successful candidate will work within a team of Property Managers who provide a single point of contact for both landlords and tenants ensuring each tenancy runs smoothly.

The successful candidate’s responsibilities

Processing property applications
Referencing prospective tenants
Arranging inventories
Arranging for the necessary compliance reports
Preparing tenancy agreements
Preparing and issuing move in packs
The successful candidate’s skill requirements:

An ability to prioritise and time manage
Professional communication skills – both written and verbal
A positive attitude
The ability to keep calm under pressure
A professional appearance
A proactive attitude
Team player
Must have a full clean driving license

Previous lettings experience is essential
