Contract Personnel are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join one of our teams in our Norwich Branch 

Contract Personnel are one of Norfolk’s most established independent Recruitment agencies. With over 33 years supplying the Norfolk and Suffolk region with professionals on a temporary & permanent basis within the Transport & Haulage, Industrial & Engineering and Commercial. We are looking for a professional to join our fantastic team of Recruiters in Norwich.

ideally we are looking for a professional who is experienced in running a busy temp desk (all industries considered), Alternatively we are happy to consider professionals looking to pursue a career within Recruitment. 

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with local companies, supporting them with their Permanent & temporary recruitment requirements. 

Duties include but not limited to:

• Daily sales activity, this will include maintain and supporting existing relationships, contacting clients who have previously used our service along with cold calling
• Weekly visits to existing and new companies within your area. 
• Supporting your team members with daily duties 
• Registering Candidates 
• You will be required to work within an on-call rota, either 1 in 4, or 1 in 5 weeks, (subject to change)
