Contract Personnel are currently recruiting on behalf of an established company in Norwich.
Due to continued growth they are currently looking to recruit an experienced Financial Accountant to join their team
You will Required to provide comprehensive financial accounts and reports to stakeholders, including preparation of annual accounts, bank, payroll, balance sheet control accounts reconciliation and financial statements. Support financial decision-making information by collecting, analysing, investigating, and reporting financial data. Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting by providing technical and accurate accounting guidance and assisting with the maintenance of a secure and robust internal control environment. Managing the team daily and conducting performance reviews.
Proven work experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role, advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software, good working knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP – FRS102, strong financial accounting knowledge. (Microsoft Business Central and Jet Reports desirable)
You will possess good communication skills – written and verbal, exceptional organisation skills, attention to detail and ability to work to strict deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, promote teamwork and collaboration through the engagement with both immediate and wider team. Self driven with an aspiration to grow in the organisation and assume wider responsibility.
Qualifications required – ACA, CIMA, ACCA Qualifications required (or Qualified through experience)
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week (between the hours of 0800-1700 (Hybrid working may be an option). Parking available.
