Contract Personnel are pleased to be working with a Norwich based client who is looking for a Contact Centre Advisor to join their team.

The ideal candidate will come from a Customer Services or Contact Centre background and be comfortable carrying out the following job duties:

Responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to customers
• Booking appointments for MOTs, services, and Vehicle Health Check follow-ups
• Ensuring service department lead times are met
• Monitoring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues
• Maintaining accurate records in the customer database
• Promoting relevant products and services to customers
• Maximising revenue generating opportunities
• Delivering a positive customer experience
• Prioritising daily tasks and multitasking effectively
• Understanding and meeting customer needs and expectations
• Problem-solving and using own initiative
• Being punctual and reliable
• Working well as part of a team
• Goal-oriented and passionate about customer service.

Shifts:

Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm with 1 Saturday in 9 (and either time in lieu or half day on a Friday for working the Saturday)
