CNC Milling Machinist & CNC Router

Contract Personnel is recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing business for an experienced CNC Milling Machinist & CNC Router.
This is a full-time, permanent position based near Stalham.
Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with an early finish on Fridays.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate CNC machines and routers to produce precision components from drawings and DFX files.
- Modify prototypes and assist in product assembly/testing.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes.
- Maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.
About You:
- Time-served CNC machinist or mechanical engineering apprentice (or equivalent experience).
- Skilled in setting up and operating manual and CNC milling/turning machines.
- Able to work from drawings, sketches, or verbal instructions.
- Knowledge of CNC programming is a plus.
- Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail, team skills, and work ethic.
