Role – Administrator role

Location – Ashwellthorpe, Norfolk

Working hours – Monday to Friday – 9am – 5pm

Rate of pay – £10.50 per hour

Capacity of role – Temporary for 5 – 6 weeks

Our client who is a leading employer in the local area is currently recruiting for an Administrator to join their busy office team.

Candidate will need a driving licence due to the location

Main duties will include –

  • Answering the telephone and directing calls to relevant contacts
  • Booking in deliveries and chasing deliveries.
  • Monitoring and replying to inbound emails.
  • Filing and scanning documents
  • Any other administration duties as required

Candidate attributes –

ü  Good communication skills

ü  Competent with IT skills

ü  Own driving licence

ü  Being flexible to a start date
