The prestigious awards celebrate the very best of Norfolk’s business community, recognising organisations that demonstrate excellence, innovation and a commitment to making a positive difference.

The Employer of the Year category, sponsored by Ashtons Legal LLP, recognises businesses that go above and beyond to create a supportive, rewarding and positive working environment for their people.

For us, being recognised in this category is particularly special, as our people have always been at the heart of everything we do.

Recognition That Means So Much

As a recruitment agency with 36 years of experience supporting businesses and jobseekers across Norfolk and Suffolk, we understand the importance of building strong relationships and treating people as individuals.

That’s why we were especially proud to receive such positive feedback from the awards judges, who recognised the care and commitment we show to both our permanent employees and temporary workers.

The judges commented:

The judges also highlighted our “strong, close relationships with employees”, recognising the personal touches, such as birthday cards, that help make our workplace culture special.

Our commitment to community outreach was also acknowledged, reflecting the importance we place on supporting the local communities in which we live and work.
