Charities rewarded after Contract Personnel shirt giveaways

Two local charities have benefitted after Contract Personnel donated some signed Norwich City shirts – as part of their Regional Partnership with the Canaries.

The first competition, which ran across social media, saw a 2021/22 shirt (which was signed by the entire NCFC squad) donated to Talk Norwich City – a popular fan channel run by Jack and Chris Reeve.

The contest, which received hundreds of entries, encouraged participants to follow The Big C – the Norfolk based charity helping anyone affected by cancer.

Along with people submitting their entries, it also encouraged more people to speak about how The Big C have helped them and their families.

The winner was announced as Andrea Burns.

The team at Contract Personnel then decided to offer up another item of signed merchandise – to help a second local charity.

As a Regional Partner of Norwich City since 2014-15, Contract Personnel are proud to continue to sponsor goalkeeper Michael McGovern for the 2022/23 season. As a thanks for the support, the Northern Irish player gave the team at Contract Personnel one of his signed training tops!

After some thought, it was decided that the training shirt should be donated to ‘On The Stall City’ – a stall on Norwich Market run by volunteers. The aim of the stall is to raise funds for the Norwich City charity the Community Sports Foundation.

Marketing Manager Joe Randlesome met the team at ‘On The Stall City’ including Jacob and Andy Bowles to hand over the shirt.

The team are looking forward to hearing how much the shirt raises, to help promote the vital work of the Community Sports Foundation.
